Setting your intentions for the week along with the steps of how you’ll get there is a proven method to actually achieve those stated goals. It’s a practice that I use weekly and it works! I want you to succeed in all that you aim to accomplish so I made you this simple weekly checklist. Print it out for the week or the month and start your Sunday with it. You can add more goals to your week, but I like to keep things simple and choose 4 larger goals.
