✨ As a member, I had the opportunity to attend the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce luncheon. It was such a great experience as we learned that we would be sharing a 30-second elevator pitch of what we do. I'm sure there are plenty of times that we've been asked "So what do you do?" and we've replied with our one-word occupation. 🙋🏻♀️ "Um, I'm in branding/marketing." ✨ The opportunity to share in front of a full room of women to tell them what I'm capable of was rare and liberating. And the constructive critique was awesome! Moments before, in fear of blacking out in front of everyone, I crafted a pitch in my head and said it in the microphone. "Hello, I'm Christa Elyce. I am the CEO of Houston Studio. Houston Studio specializes in increasing profitability, brand awareness, and business growth through brand development and digital marketing. I would love to connect with you this week to hear more about your business goals. Do you have a business card?" Whew! You can do it too! Practice it till it's second nature.
