Give us a brief bio or background about yourself. Are you originally from the Lake Houston area? Are you a wife or mother?

Hi! My name is Katherine Molina but I like to be called Kathy. I’m a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, LLC. I’m originally from Corpus Christi but grew up in good ole East Texas. I’ve lived here in the Houston area since my twenties. I went to San Jacinto College and earned my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and worked in the medical field for over 13 years. I originally wanted to go to school for nursing but God had different plans. I’ve enjoyed the healthcare industry. I’m married with 5 beautiful children, four boys who are all out of the house, I have a three old granddaughter and a grandson on the way, and  I started over with my little girl who is 8. For the past 10 years, I lived in Richmond, Tx and we decided to sell our home to move here to Kingwood. I’m grateful to be affiliated with Kingwood Business Women, The Livable Forest which if you are a perk member you will receive $500 towards closing costs or a Home Warranty, and many other networks here in the area. It’s great to see other women praise and build each other up. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering at my daughter’s school, swim team, Kings River Kingfish, traveling to new places, and being out on the water.

How long have you been in business or the industry you are in now?

I’m in my third year and going strong.

How long have you been in business and where are you located? Does your business serve the Lake Houston area and/or online?

I recently changed Brokerages from BHGRE to eXp Realty, LLCI’m in my Third year and I serve all of the Houston area and beyond. I’m a local here in the Lake Houston area and work all over.

What is most crucial to you in a business?

Building strong client relationships, effective communication, staying updated on market trends, and providing excellent customer service are crucial in the real estate business. What greatest success have you ever had in the business industry?

Every client is different so I think it’s a great success every time I close a deal. Knowing my clients are happy is all worthwhile. Especially helping my First Time Home Buyers, like Kaitlyn who said, “My husband and I had an amazing first time home buying process with Kathy! She did a great job explaining everything to us. We thought buying a house would be impossible but she made it happen!” 

That’s great success for me, knowing I helped achieve this. 

You’ve done great things professionally to get you where you are today! What are some of your professional achievements?

In my third year in the real estate industry, I’ve successfully closed numerous deals, a notable accomplishment for a relatively new agent. However, what I cherish the most is the friendships I’ve formed along the way.

What’s your best-selling product, package, or service? Why do you think that is?

 I do offer a Home Warranty up to $750 to all my buyers and if they choose to opt out, I give them that money toward the closing cost.
